Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX research or a related field
- Experience with multiple generative and evaluative methods
- Ability to draw appropriate conclusions from varied data types
- Ability to understand the needs of different audiences
- Ability to adapt presentations and communication styles
- Understanding of how AI tools process and synthesize data
- Understanding of risks such as bias and hallucinations in AI tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Journalism, Anthropology, Communication, Design, or equivalent practical experience
- Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis
- Fluency in English is required
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Impact at the feature and holistic experience level
- Execute End-to-End Research, prioritizing questions and creating research roadmaps
- Adapt research methodologies between rapid and in-depth studies
- Uplevel Insights, providing strategic recommendations beyond single projects
- Influence product priority and strategy with guidance
- Apply multiple generative and evaluative research methods
- Collaborate and Lead, establishing oneself as the go-to research person
- Develop positive, trust-based relationships with partners
- Contribute to customer intuition and leverage competitive insights
- Perform other duties as assigned
