Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance, or a related field
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- CFA Level 1 certification required
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate finance
- Expertise in cash flow modelling
- Expertise in financial analysis
- Expertise in valuation
- Strong understanding of various real estate asset classes
- Strong understanding of market dynamics
- Proven ability to create and deliver clear, compelling financial presentations and brochures
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in financial modelling software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust cash flow models to assess the financial performance and value of commercial real estate assets.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, income and expense analysis, and investment return calculations.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and financial brochures, effectively communicating complex financial data to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, asset classes, and economic factors impacting real estate investments to inform strategic decisions.
- Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, provide tailored advice, and address their financial inquiries.
- Support acquisition and disposition processes through rigorous financial due diligence and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of investment reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
