Responsibilities

  • Track account health, keyword rankings, and product indexing
  • Stay on top of ClickUp tasks management, Slack, and email communications
  • Handle Amazon support cases, including calls when needed
  • Maintain keyword tracking and DataDive niche dives
  • Create listings and use flat files for updates and catalog organization
  • Optimize titles, bullets, backend search terms
  • Upload new images, videos, and submit Brand Registry cases
  • Submit refund requests
  • Manage Lightning Deals, coupons, discounts, and Vine submissions
  • Track the deal calendar, work with creators, and analyze results
  • Maintain templates and send weekly performance reports
  • Update keyword indexing and search volume
  • Create and analyze A/B polls
