- Proven experience working within Workday and various LMS/LXP platforms
- Proficiency in Articulate (Storyline/Rise) or similar rapid-authoring tools (preferred)
- Proven track record of turning a learning vision into a reality through expert project management
- Experience mentoring others to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to scale design, development, or implementation of learning
- Business acumen for strategic involvement
- Project management discipline for execution
- Master facilitator for high-impact sessions
- Tech-savvy with understanding of L&D systems and creative content building
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and build trust
Responsibilities
- Translate broad strategies into actionable roadmaps, utilizing rigorous project and program management.
- Identify and pilot emerging marketplace trends and AI-driven innovations.
- Provide strategic oversight of the professional development budget.
- Build and scale a "Manager Excellence" framework for people leaders.
- Create intentional development paths and "stretch" experiences for key talent in partnership with Talent Management lead.
- Scale coaching programs beyond informal pairings to a structured community of practice.
- Audit the current learning technology environment and bring expert recommendations for the future roadmap.
- Use AI tools to accelerate the design, development, and global implementation of learning content.
- Create high-fidelity, interactive digital content using tools like Articulate.
- Work closely with the Talent Development Program Manager, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Partner with the Talent Analytics team to build robust measurement frameworks and dashboards.
- Connect with learners to understand their needs and integrate L&D into the business.
