Requirements

  • 2-5 years in community management, social media or creator marketing
  • Experience in managing online forums (Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot etc…)
  • Strong project management instincts
  • Comfort managing feedback loops with agencies and design resources
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to shift tone from playful social posts to professional review responses
  • Experience with user research, beta groups, focus groups or product feedback loops (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow KOHO's Reddit community, responding to users and escalating issues to User Success
  • Monitor and manage our Trustpilot presence: flag negative reviews, coordinate resolution, and drive review generation
  • Be the voice of the user internally, surfacing community sentiment to Product Marketing
  • Create compelling organic social content (static, video, memes, UGC) tailored to each platform
  • Partner with our creative agency to source, brief, and approve assets that resonate with KOHO's audience based on what's performing in their feeds
  • Maintain a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product education, and community engagement
  • Build and manage a group of VIP KOHO users who serve as an always-on focus group and beta testing cohort
  • Design the program structure: recruitment, incentives, communication cadence, and feedback loops
  • Coordinate with Product to route beta features to this group and synthesize their input into actionable insights
  • Plan and execute community events (virtual and in-person) that deepen user loyalty and generate content
  • Manage event logistics, promotion, budgets, and post-event recaps
