Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Experience with at least one programming language (like Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++)
- Problem-Solver: Enjoy breaking down a big problem into smaller, solvable steps
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Genuine curiosity about how fintech software is built
- Desire to learn new technologies quickly
- Take care to write neat code and double-check your work
- Any experience with web development is a plus
- Any experience with databases (SQL) is a plus
- Any experience with version control (like Git) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in writing clean, manageable code
- Participate in "code reviews" to see how professional developers improve their work
- Help us identify and fix small technical issues or "bugs" to keep our platform running smoothly for our users
- Get involved in bigger engineering projects, such as building new features or helping us improve our internal tools
- Gain hands-on experience with the tools we use every day (like GitHub, cloud services, or specific coding languages) and see how they work at scale
- Work closely with other developers and product managers to understand how a technical idea becomes a finished product
