Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the eDiscovery or legal services industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships within law firms, corporate legal departments, or related sectors.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and account expansion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational and account management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated by performance-based success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across assigned territory by selling eDiscovery and litigation support services, including data discovery, managed review, hosting, and consulting solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue and performance targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach within the legal and corporate market.
  • Manage and expand existing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions to articulate complex technical offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project delivery, billing, and successful execution of client engagements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with service standards and SLAs.
  • Track sales performance, reporting, and forecasting in alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Support product and service rollouts by providing market feedback and client insights.
