Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role
  • Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using Slack
  • Comfortable using ClickUp (or similar task/project management tools)
  • Comfortable using Loom for short video updates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries and manage the order process efficiently
  • Keep track of accounts and provide basic performance reports
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate basic aspects of supply chain management
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure that systems are up to date
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as tracking expenses or processing invoices
  • Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation current and accessible
  • Ensure that all processes within your scope are completed accurately, consistently, and without rework
  • Identify issues early and propose solutions
