Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role
- Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
- Comfortable using Slack
- Comfortable using ClickUp (or similar task/project management tools)
- Comfortable using Loom for short video updates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations

Responsibilities
- Assist with customer inquiries and manage the order process efficiently
- Keep track of accounts and provide basic performance reports
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate basic aspects of supply chain management
- Maintain accurate data and ensure that systems are up to date
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as tracking expenses or processing invoices
- Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation current and accessible
- Ensure that all processes within your scope are completed accurately, consistently, and without rework
- Identify issues early and propose solutions
