- Prior startup experience, especially at the Series A–C stage (nice-to-have)
- Background that spans product and adjacent analytical or generalist functions (chief of staff, product operations, business analyst, strategy) (nice-to-have)
- Experience with fintech, accounting, or professional services software (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Define Agent strategy and identify opportunities to build natively agentic workflows across the platform
- Define the roadmap for a new tax return delivery product line and take it from 0>1
- Build internal reporting and analytics structure
- Build internal customer discovery insight pipeline
- Partner with the payments team and create a strategy to scale the payments business to $100M+
- Define the release and feature launch process
