- Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group (bonus)
- Experience working in a cloud environment (bonus)
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane (bonus)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (bonus)
- Experience/Interest in implementing, integrating, and maintaining observability systems and processes (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Help internal engineers release software onto infrastructure in secure and measurable ways
- Lead automation of release processes (CI/CD to bootstrapping)
- Help internal engineering teams get on board with release processes using 'golden path' techniques
- Help with edge cases and ensure teams get the most out of tools
- Maintain, improve, and extend the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP)
- Be involved in choosing roadmap focus areas
- Design, compare, and choose appropriate solutions for various platform components
- Be part of an on-call rotation to support Platform tooling
