Requirements
- Kinaxis Maestro expertise in global enterprise environments (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of SAP supply chain processes
- Strong understanding of SAP-Maestro integration
- SailPoint experience (preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global IT and Supply Chain team
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues across all environments
- Perform root cause analysis
- Escalate to Kinaxis when necessary
- Implement minor changes and maintain master data
- Recommend process optimizations
- Support log management and SailPoint integration
- Support cybersecurity compliance activities
- Participate in go-live planning, cutover support, and hypercare activities for planned rollouts
- Maintain up-to-date configuration documentation, SOPs, and close existing gaps
