Requirements

  • Background in Fintech, SME banking, or strong partnerships within a fast-paced scale-up
  • 50% Business Development + 50% partner deal execution (and operation)
  • Ability to identify, size, prioritise, and execute opportunities across key verticals
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles
  • Basic forecasting and financial modelling skills
  • Proficient in using CRM tools
  • Consistently delivers projects while supporting the team and setting clear expectations
  • Capable of leading cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, manage and scale partnerships that fuel Tide’s growth in the UK
  • Work cross-functionally and build strong external relationships
  • Use data to refine strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Lead partnerships across key verticals - identify, size, prioritise, and execute opportunities
  • Provide support on strategic deals as needed
  • Manage complex pipelines using CRM tools and provide actionable insights into partnership performance
  • Translate general direction into structured work plans and propose prioritisation
  • Optimise execution and identify inefficiencies
  • Identify root causes, define trade-offs, and turn insights into practical solutions
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity and reduce uncertainty for others
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives and present complex topics accessibly
  • Act as a key stakeholder and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Proactively seek and give constructive feedback; integrate diverse perspectives
