- No prior Loan Officer experience
- Recent (within the last 5 years) real, meaningful sales experience (hard sales)
- Influenced buying decisions from start to finish
- Had ownership of outcomes, often tied to goals, metrics, or earnings/commissions
- Handled objections, followed up with leads, and earned the sale
- Responsible for building trust, tailoring a solution, and closing the deal
- Seeking to establish and maintain a career as a salesperson
- Thrive working remotely and staying self-motivated
- Succeeded in fast-paced or performance-based roles
- Strong competitive drive and hunger to earn
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings
- Ability to learn quickly
