Responsibilities
- Lead client-driven product initiatives
- Own and evolve key modules within the PeopleGrove platform
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure client needs are deeply understood and incorporated
- Manage client request intake and synthesis, identifying patterns across feedback
- Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through structured conversations, research, and analysis
- Become the product expert for assigned product areas, understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact
- Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration
- Lead productive discussions and ensure decisions are documented and aligned across teams
- Develop a deep understanding of users and how they interact with modules
- Identify themes across client requests and convert them into scalable product opportunities
- Define clear product requirements and success metrics
- Balance short-term client needs with long-term platform integrity
- Maintain clear documentation of product decisions, trade-offs, and rationale
- Contribute to improving product discovery and intake processes across the team
- Partner with Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and technically sound
