Requirements

  • Must reside in AZ, NV, PA, or TX
  • Type a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week minimum
  • Availability between 5:00am-5:00pm PST (5-hour or 8-hour shifts daily)
  • Training schedule is full-time for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm PST
  • Strong customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Professional phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, high-speed internet (100+ Mbps)
  • Wired Ethernet connection required
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office

Responsibilities

  • Answer 80-120 calls per 8-hour shift in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • Support 60+ different law firms with varying needs and expectations
  • Schedule appointments, transfer calls, take messages, and answer FAQs
  • Adapt quickly — every call is unique
  • Communicate with your team in real time via internal chat
  • Go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions
