Native in target language (German)
Degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation or equivalent experience
IT skilled with knowledge and experience of SDL Studio and CAT tools
Preferred experience as a translator specialized in translation and proofreading of marketing and IT content
Editorial and/or journalistic skills
Up-to-date with language and terminology trends
Excellent written and spoken English
Familiar with US American culture and pop culture
Obsessed by the detail, quality-driven and has a passion for languages
Good availability, potentially at least 4 hours per day

Responsibilities

Provide translation and localization services in Marketing and IT sectors
Work as part of a dynamic team in an international environment
Perform marketing and IT translations
Conduct linguistic review and QA
Check terminology consistency through the management of TMs, glossaries and style guides to guarantee the quality of deliverables
Work within a confidential environment
Work in a fast paced, demanding environment with multiple changes in project priorities and tight deadlines
