- Senior-level experience in customer-facing technical roles within software or platform organizations.
- Strong exposure to cloud native architectures.
- Strong exposure to Kubernetes based architectures.
- Comfort operating at high/enterprise level.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and financial value.
- Experience navigating long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
- Strong architectural judgment.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales strategy, evaluation approach, and architectural direction for large and complex customers.
- Guide customers through discovery, validation, and financial justification.
- Lead the full cloud native technical sales lifecycle, including discovery, architectural alignment, workshops, demonstrations, POC or POV execution, and technical wrap-up.
- Define success criteria, guide validation, and secure technical decisions.
- Architect Kubernetes-centric data platforms spanning multiple environments, business units, and regions.
- Engage senior engineering leaders and executives through briefings, architecture workshops, and steering discussions.
- Partner closely with account teams and co-sellers to align technical strategy and commercial goals.
- Mentor peers, share best practices, and participate in thought leadership through various forums.
