Requirements

  • Proven experience managing B2C high-ticket sales teams (average deal $3,000+) targeting the US market
  • Track record of leading a sales org through significant change and coming out stronger
  • Strong data orientation: you think in conversion rates, sales cost, capacity models, and deal cycles
  • Experience hiring and managing distributed teams across multiple markets
  • Demonstrated ability to design compensation structures tied to business outcomes, not just activity
  • Managed teams of 30+ Sales Managers, including through team leads
  • Comfortable making tough calls: backing strong people, raising the bar, and cutting through complexity
  • Experience in EdTech (bonus)
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into sales processes (bonus)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Glyphic, Five9, Tableau (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Build transparent reporting that connects call quality to high-level conversion KPIs
  • Own incentive design for the sales team — making sure the best people earn the most and the whole team is aligned with business outcomes
  • Build a coaching system that closes the gap between low and high performers
  • Integrate AI sales agents into operational processes to increase conversion and reduce capacity load
  • Develop Sales Leads into operationally strong, coaching-focused managers
  • Own daily and weekly performance hygiene: call quality reviews, pipeline health, SLA compliance
