Responsibilities

  • Lead the post-sales consulting practice
  • Build a scalable P&L that fuels Net Revenue Retention
  • Embed MEDDPICC into our customers' DNA
  • Customize customer Playbooks and Value Propositions
  • Ensure customers don't just learn MEDDPICC, they win with it
  • Architect the Transformation to embed MEDDPICC into daily operating rhythm
  • Build Custom Playbooks by sculpting framework into customer's reality
  • Write specific Value Propositions and Decision Criteria maps
  • Operationalize the Value by tracking, measuring, and achieving defined metrics post-sale
  • Forecast and deliver against services revenue and margin targets
