Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes with families/students
- Coordinate instructors
- Track student progress
- Provide quality customer service
- Actively support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations
- Operate seamlessly in a virtual operating environment
- Maintain Tutor Me Education operating standards
- Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
- Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions
- Manage virtual tutoring sessions
- Monitor all students’ academic progress
- Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans
- Implement and monitor IEP/504 accommodations
- Audit instructional plans for alignment with state standards and IEP goals
- Streamline check-in systems between families, schools, and service providers
- Act as a subject matter expert in SPED strategies, providing targeted coaching
- Champion evidence-based practices including UDL, RTI/MTSS, and multisensory instruction
- Facilitate monthly coaching cycles, including observations and feedback loops
- Lead the onboarding and training of educational staff
- Conduct demo sessions using the "I Do, We Do, You Do" framework
- Build and manage a "Virtual Resource Hub"
- Enable and troubleshoot educational technology
- Utilize assessment data to establish baselines, set SMART goals, and track student mastery
- Analyze data trends to adjust support systems and ensure students meet developmental and academic benchmarks
