Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes with families/students
  • Coordinate instructors
  • Track student progress
  • Provide quality customer service
  • Actively support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations
  • Operate seamlessly in a virtual operating environment
  • Maintain Tutor Me Education operating standards
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions
  • Monitor all students’ academic progress
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans
  • Implement and monitor IEP/504 accommodations
  • Audit instructional plans for alignment with state standards and IEP goals
  • Streamline check-in systems between families, schools, and service providers
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SPED strategies, providing targeted coaching
  • Champion evidence-based practices including UDL, RTI/MTSS, and multisensory instruction
  • Facilitate monthly coaching cycles, including observations and feedback loops
  • Lead the onboarding and training of educational staff
  • Conduct demo sessions using the "I Do, We Do, You Do" framework
  • Build and manage a "Virtual Resource Hub"
  • Enable and troubleshoot educational technology
  • Utilize assessment data to establish baselines, set SMART goals, and track student mastery
  • Analyze data trends to adjust support systems and ensure students meet developmental and academic benchmarks
