Responsibilities

Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for clinical documentation, charting workflows, and end-to-end care delivery processes
Review AI-generated outputs (summaries, notes, insights) for accuracy, completeness, and clinical defensibility
Define and operationalize clinical quality standards for models output
Apply clinical judgment in ambiguous scenarios where documentation quality, trajectory, and context matter
Collaborate with Product and Data Science to build and refine prompts, pipelines, and model behavior
