Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
- Primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads within a B2C environment
- Deep understanding of budgeting, campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding methodologies, and testing frameworks
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to join client calls when required
- Experience using and finding data inside of Google Analytics 4 (preferred)
- Experience working with paid social advertising experts (preferred)
- Working knowledge of complementary channels including organic social, paid social, and SEO (preferred)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate or streamline repetitive workflows (preferred)
- Experience managing paid search campaigns for tours, activities, or attractions (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Help our clients be discovered, so they can reach their business goals
- Manage day-to-day campaign trafficking, pacing, and optimization, ensuring best-practice account structure and performance efficiency
- Identify new opportunities to help clients accomplish their goals and drive incremental revenue
- Audit existing search ad accounts and identity opportunities
- Manage ad spend, campaign objectives, targeting, and campaign timelines
- Report on current status of accounts, successes, and key learnings
- Organize hypotheses and recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with internal team members and clients
