Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting experience with direct ownership of month-end close and GL accounting
- NetSuite proficiency preferred
- Experience with ecommerce or small/medium US companies preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
Responsibilities
- Own and execute month-end close tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, transaction coding, and financial statement preparation
- Maintain GL accuracy and ensure all entries are properly supported and audit-ready
- Complete recurring weekly accounting tasks such as data sync monitoring, transaction processing, and report maintenance
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc projects including ERP improvements, data flows, and tax preparation support
