Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, QA engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Linux, Windows, and macOS environments, including system fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP.
- Familiarity with databases and server configuration including MongoDB, SQL, or MySQL.
- Experience using Git and modern version control workflows.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AWS services, cloud infrastructure, or API integrations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with build and automation tools such as Maven, Webpack, MSBuild, or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical documentation and identify root causes quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, time management, and the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute software verification activities using technical documentation, ensuring customer applications are built, validated, and functioning correctly.
- Perform successful software builds across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and operating environments.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve build failures, dependency issues, and configuration problems to maintain release readiness.
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing across a variety of scenarios using both manual and automated testing methods.
- Identify, document, and communicate bugs, inconsistencies, and performance concerns with clear reproduction steps.
- Review software requirements and technical specifications to understand architecture, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share progress updates, and align priorities.
- Support backend, frontend, and DevOps initiatives when needed, including CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment workflows.
- Contribute ideas that enhance verification processes, quality assurance standards, and operational efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and engineering best practices relevant to testing and verification.
