Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in creative operations, production management, program management, or studio operations within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Proven experience managing both portfolio-level oversight and end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong background in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and operational optimization across creative or marketing organizations.
- Hands-on expertise with program management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to model trade-offs, identify risks, and optimize resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining clarity, structure, and execution excellence under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end oversight of a creative portfolio, managing the allocation and optimization of people, time, and budget across campaigns.
- Monitor portfolio health and proactively adjust scope, resources, and priorities to mitigate risks, prevent burnout, and maintain operational stability.
- Lead complex, high-visibility programs that span multiple creative disciplines, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain structured program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and governance routines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and forecasting models to provide leadership with visibility into capacity, utilization, and financial performance.
- Design and evolve portfolio management frameworks for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation aligned with strategic business goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate company objectives into operational plans while driving continuous improvement in creative operations and workflows.
