- Experience using AI tools as part of design workflow
- Portfolio with examples of AI-related work
- Experience in fast-moving product companies (scale-ups, strong tech orgs, fintech, neo-banks)
- Strong craft across interaction and visual design
- Comfortable across B2B and consumer experiences
- Solid mobile experience
- Fintech experience is a plus
- Thrives in velocity

- Partner with PDE Directors to shape where Client and Worker experiences should go next
- Connect dots across journeys
