Job Details

Requirements

Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one full academic year remaining after the internship period
Computer science, or other STEM majors, or folks with exposure to and interest in technology, preferred (Tech Interns)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Strong commitment to ActBlue’s mission
Availability to work 40 hours per week from May 26th, 2026, to August 14th, 2026

Responsibilities

Assist senior staff members in developing applications (Tech Interns)
Document and test new applications and features (Tech Interns)
Research and investigate a wide range of technical issues (Tech Interns)
Proactively learn about new technologies (Tech Interns)
Provide administrative support to staff under the direction of the intern supervisor (Business Interns)
Participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and benefit the organization (Business Interns)
Join and contribute to department meetings (Business Interns)
Conduct original research and prepare findings (Business Interns)
Build a strong cohort with other ActBlue interns and meet regularly to network and collaborate (Both)
Interact directly with colleagues, clients, and/or other external constituencies as needed for planning or problem-resolution (Business Interns)
Work on other job-related tasks as needed
