- Partnered with Product and Engineering teams to gather context on new features and translate technical details into user-friendly documentation
- Supported the development and publication of release notes that clearly explain product changes and their impact on users
- Collaborated with Services and Support teams to develop documentation that supports customer onboarding and implementation
- Reviewed and updated screenshots, visuals, and existing content to ensure accuracy and consistency across knowledge resources
