Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid UA for mobile apps
  • Deep knowledge of Search & App Campaigns (Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads)
  • Deep knowledge of Social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Deep knowledge of Programmatic (AppLovin, Unity Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, Mintegral)
  • Experience with Alternative / Non-traditional (Pinterest Ads, Affiliate campaigns for apps)
  • Strong experience with MMPs (ideally AppsFlyer)
  • Solid understanding of SKAN & probabilistic attribution, CTA vs VTA, Incrementality & attribution trade-offs
  • Comfortable debugging missing installs or events, broken postbacks, data inconsistencies
  • Solid SQL skills (BigQuery / Databricks or similar)
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Firestore / Cloud Storage
  • Clear understanding of A2A, W2A, A2W, W2W payment flows and ecosystem players (RevenueCat, Adapty, Stripe, Superwall)
  • Experience with subscription platforms like RevenueCat / Adapty
  • Experience with paywalls and experimentation (e.g., Superwall, Firebase Remote Config)
  • Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve app attribution & tracking architecture
  • Debug issues across the full funnel: Click → Install → Event → Revenue
  • Ensure clean and consistent data across MMP, Ad Networks, Data Warehouse, and Product & analytics layer
  • Design and validate Postbacks (S2S), Event mappings, Attribution logic & windows
  • Work on Web2App (W2A) flows, capturing parameters and ensuring correct stitching into app attribution
  • Configure and maintain deep linking / OneLink setups, including parameter passing and deferred deep linking
  • Collaborate closely with UA, Product, and Engineering to validate SDK implementations and event triggering
  • Work with subscription & monetization data, integrating platforms like RevenueCat / Adapty and handling webhook / S2S data flows
  • Support UA Managers by ensuring reliable data for optimization and correct implementation of campaign signals
