Responsibilities
- Spearhead the evolution of JumpCloud's Single Sign-On (SSO) into a next-generation identity platform.
- Lead the transition from traditional passwords to a biometric-first, AI-governed authentication ecosystem.
- Own the combined strategy for SSO/Jumpcloud GO, JumpCloud's flagship phishing-resistant, passwordless login solution.
- Eliminate "password fatigue" by leveraging device-native biometrics (Apple Touch ID, Windows Hello).
- Pioneer the governance of Agentic AI—treating autonomous AI agents as first-class digital identities.
- Scale JumpCloud Go™ to provide seamless, hardware-protected access to all web resources, integrating deeply with TPMs and Secure Enclaves.
- Define how organizations "onboard" and govern AI agents, building frameworks for verifiable identity, clear access boundaries, and full auditability.
- Partner with engineering to enhance AI Admin Assistant and AI-driven search for managing SSO and MFA policies through natural language.
- Extend Conditional Access policies to secure machine-to-machine and AI-to-resource interactions.
- Represent JumpCloud in global forums like the OpenID Foundation to shape standards for AI agent authentication and interoperability.
- Develop and groom a prioritized product backlog focused on HRIS integrations, SCIM/API provisioning, and SAML/OIDC authentication.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SSO across the organization, supporting product marketing and sales enablement.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging standards in the IAM space.
