- 8+ years of related experience in product development, product management, or technology development
- 6+ years of related experience with a Master's degree
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from PRD creation through production deployment
- Strong planning and execution support skills
- Experience facilitating monthly PC planning and retrospective ceremonies
- Experience supporting planning operations through sprint close, backlog updates, planning readiness review
- Advanced Atlassian skills (Jira, Jira Product Discovery, query creation, dashboard/report development)
- Ability to identify and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and handoff gaps
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Engineering, business teams)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support strategic initiatives from ideation through development and lifecycle management
Responsibilities
- Lead a large cross-functional team in the development and delivery of Lumen Consumer services.
- Ensure on-scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery of product portfolio objectives.
- Define business requirements and drive cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Create and manage project structures and align resources for strategic initiatives.
- Adhere to prescribed stage-gate new product development methodology.
- Implement project/business based financial controls.
- Establish relationships with key leaders from across the business and with external partners.
- Drive projects from Product Requirements Document (PRD) creation through production deployment.
- Facilitate monthly PC planning and retrospective ceremonies.
- Support planning operations through sprint close, backlog updates, planning readiness review, and ongoing Jira hygiene.
