Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments
  • Hands-on experience managing EU-funded projects and a strong understanding of EU grant frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Highly skilled in coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across international teams and scientific partners
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar platforms
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional proficiency in a major European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian considered a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced priorities
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional and international teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards to ensure full visibility across Medical Affairs initiatives
  • Coordinate complex EU-funded and international consortium projects, ensuring alignment across work packages, timelines, and deliverables
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and escalation of risks or blockers
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Clinical Research, Marketing, and Market Access teams
  • Oversee consortium governance activities, representing the organization in external project meetings and ensuring accurate communication of updates
  • Monitor project budgets, FTE allocation, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with funding requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory and consortium-specific guidelines across all activities
