Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in commerce media, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles managing measurable campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with commerce platforms such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, Kroger, or similar retail media networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets (typically $70K+ monthly) and optimizing toward performance KPIs such as ROI and conversions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Skai or similar campaign management and analytics platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain performance insights clearly and confidently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize commerce media campaigns across platforms such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, Costco, and other retail media networks to achieve client performance goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights and continuously improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients through regular communication to ensure alignment on strategy, performance updates, and satisfaction targets.
  • Apply platform-specific expertise and leverage internal tools and technologies to enhance campaign execution and outcomes.
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimize existing strategies, and implement improvements to drive client retention and revenue performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align campaign strategy with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Maintain expertise in commerce media platforms and ensure ongoing certification and knowledge of industry updates.
