Requirements

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales funnels, and lead generation

- Familiarity with email/SMS marketing campaigns and automation logic
- Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience in digital marketing agencies or SaaS environments
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or funnel customization
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or paid media workflows
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced workflows, triggers, and automation sequences in GoHighLevel
- Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and pipelines
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.)
- Set up and manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Automate email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns for inbound and outbound leads
- Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize conversion rates
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth automation operations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies
- Document processes and create scalable automation frameworks
