Requirements
- 4–5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency
- Proven experience recruiting SAP professionals is highly regarded
- Strong background in ERP recruitment, or alternatively IT/technology recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for consulting, delivery or professional services environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
- A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative working style
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across SAP, ERP and IT roles, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements and delivery timelines
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and talent pooling
- Screen, interview and assess candidates against technical, cultural and delivery requirements
- Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience throughout
- Manage agency relationships where required and optimise direct sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within ATS and internal systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
