Requirements

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency
  • Proven experience recruiting SAP professionals is highly regarded
  • Strong background in ERP recruitment, or alternatively IT/technology recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for consulting, delivery or professional services environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative working style

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment across SAP, ERP and IT roles, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements and delivery timelines
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and talent pooling
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates against technical, cultural and delivery requirements
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Manage agency relationships where required and optimise direct sourcing strategies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within ATS and internal systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
