Responsibilities
- Create 10-30 short-form pieces per week across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Pull engaging moments and write hooks from long-form case studies and interviews
- Edit videos and design creative elements
- Generate match cuts of book covers using Higgsfield based on story needs
- Build data visualizations or framework graphics as called for by the story
- Create photo treatments or motion assets for transitions
- Understand why content versions convert differently and test variations
- Flip successful organic pieces into paid ads that drive enrollment for a $2,000/month coaching program
