Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare related fields
- 3+ years of professional experience with project management for multiple marketing campaigns using Asana or Salesforce
- 3+ years of professional experience with tracking and monitoring performance to inform marketing strategy
- 3+ years of professional experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
- Professional experience with campaign management using a wide variety of communication channels such as: digital (email, SMS) to analog (direct mail, OOH, broad awareness, experiential) and beyond (ambassadors, community)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for client-specific communications planning and ongoing campaign execution for a large book of accounts (95-110 accounts)
- Partner with Client Success to support and influence clients within your shared book of business to meet annual revenue targets
- Partner with Growth Marketing to execute campaigns that spread awareness about Hinge Health to eligible members
- Responsible for helping to evolve Enrollment Marketing processes and improving our marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes in our enrollment marketing processes
