Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy, or enterprise transformation.
  • Track record of both advising and seeing work through to delivery.
  • Experience standing up or operating an AI CoE, AI community of practice, or closely analogous function at a tech company.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading company-wide initiatives and building organizational momentum for new ways of working at scale.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, comfortable presenting recommendations to VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience designing enablement programs that changed behavior, not just built awareness.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and function-specific training design.
  • Experience defining success metrics for programs, tracking adoption and impact over time, and using data to course-correct.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance considerations, including data classification, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity where best practices are still being written.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI Activation Across Cribl by designing and executing a function-by-function AI activation strategy.
  • Build function-specific enablement, playbooks, and workflows to make AI a daily habit.
  • Architect and scale an AI Champions Network to drive peer-led adoption and surface use cases.
  • Partner across BizOps and People team to co-design and co-deliver scalable, function-specific AI training.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of Cribl's AI CoE, managing working group cadences and coordinating AI tool and policy decisions.
  • Synthesize the AI landscape across functions, tracking adoption and emerging use cases.
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Security, and Enterprise Applications to maintain and evolve core CoE assets.
  • Bridge the gap between leadership's AI directives and organizational capabilities, turning them into prioritized programs.
  • Advise senior stakeholders across functions on building AI strategies and managing competing priorities.
  • Identify patterns across functions to shape leadership's thinking and prioritization of AI investment.
  • Build a measurement framework that tracks AI adoption and impact, informing CoE roadmap decisions.
