Requirements
- 1–2 years of support experience, ideally in a software-as-a-service company
- Knowledge of programming principles and HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage
- Interest in technology
- Preferences to work in the afternoons/evenings (from 5 PM to 2 AM CET)
- Availability for holiday/weekend standby duties
- Passion for technology
- Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer orientation
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from 5 PM to 2 AM CET via chat and email
- Solve both business and technical issues
- Process customer questions and internal notifications daily
- Utilize Intercom for external tickets and Slack for internal communications
- Address topics such as subscription plans, invoicing, billing, Apify features, and user compensation
- Provide coding help with Apify API/SDK and assistance with Apify-maintained Actors
- Process challenging internal notifications requiring human insight in a timely manner (e.g., billing issues, fraud prevention)
- Collaborate on automation and simplification of processes
- Contribute to AI in Support initiatives
- Build knowledge in the Help Center and expand technical insights
