Requirements

  • 1–2 years of support experience, ideally in a software-as-a-service company
  • Knowledge of programming principles and HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage
  • Interest in technology
  • Preferences to work in the afternoons/evenings (from 5 PM to 2 AM CET)
  • Availability for holiday/weekend standby duties
  • Passion for technology
  • Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer orientation

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries from 5 PM to 2 AM CET via chat and email
  • Solve both business and technical issues
  • Process customer questions and internal notifications daily
  • Utilize Intercom for external tickets and Slack for internal communications
  • Address topics such as subscription plans, invoicing, billing, Apify features, and user compensation
  • Provide coding help with Apify API/SDK and assistance with Apify-maintained Actors
  • Process challenging internal notifications requiring human insight in a timely manner (e.g., billing issues, fraud prevention)
  • Collaborate on automation and simplification of processes
  • Contribute to AI in Support initiatives
  • Build knowledge in the Help Center and expand technical insights
