Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, SDR/BDR roles, or Recruiting Coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals or projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience maintaining CRM discipline (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- A results-oriented mindset with an understanding of how pipeline velocity converts into revenue.
- Ability to work as a full-time contractor and coordinate stakeholders across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage all active opportunities in the CRM to ensure clear next steps, defined owners, and updated statuses.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to ensure fast response times and consistent communication.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between clients and internal talent teams to maintain momentum in the hiring process.
- Assist in building proposals and deal artifacts by gathering required inputs from various internal departments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and act as the gatekeeper for pipeline data integrity.
- Support newly closed clients during their initial months to identify opportunities for additional roles or account expansion.
