Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in creative roles within the advertising industry.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and social media.
- Portfolio showcasing award-winning conceptual thinking and execution.
- Experience being the creative lead on retail, lifestyle and/or consumer-based clients.
- Social agency experience with large brands and high-volume content production.
- Art or design background passionate in redefining editorialized social content.
- Ability to understand the social behind a brand and meme culture.
- Keen eye for design, with the ability to build design systems.
- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Home Goods and/or CPG sectors.
- Curious, growth-oriented leader passionate about embracing new technology and tools.
- Capability to step in and manage production (digital or live) initiatives.
- Strong content design skills including digital, motion, and video.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and cloud-based design tools like Express and Figma.
- Proficiency with Motion, After Effects, Premiere, and AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms and creative nuances.
- Knowledge of the full creative process including content creation and production.
- Ability to oversee work from idea to execution and distribution.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Fashion BU and report to the Group Creative Director.
- Serve as the central creative authority for your client portfolio.
- Partner with the Pod Lead and cross-functional discipline leads to drive creative excellence.
- Maintain the creative vision across all workstreams, aligning creative output with client and business goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to mid and senior-level teams (writers, art directors, designers, production, content & engagement).
- Set the creative direction for communications, interpreting brand guidelines and social trends.
- Conduct reviews with the team to ensure high standards of execution.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Account Management teams to understand client strategies and objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Uphold uncompromising standards of creative excellence and deliver error-free creative materials.
- Lead pitch processes, shape narratives, develop creative concepts, and deliver winning work.
- Act as the primary driver of creative direction, standards, and execution across all client workstreams.
- Participate in Pod-level planning, scoping, and workflow management.
- Represent the creative discipline within Pod rituals.
