Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative roles within the advertising industry
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and social media
- Portfolio showcasing award-winning conceptual thinking and execution
- Expertise in creating beautifully designed and engaging campaigns
- Ability to understand the social behind a brand and meme culture
- Keen eye for design, with the ability to build design systems
- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, Home Goods and/or CPG sectors
- Curious, growth-oriented leader passionate about embracing new technology, tools, approaches, and ideas
- Strong content design skills including digital, motion, and video
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with cloud-based design tools like Express and Figma
- Proficiency with Motion, After Effects, Premiere, and AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT (plus)
- Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms and creative nuances per platform
- Knowledge of the full creative process including content creation and production
- Ability to oversee work from idea to execution and distribution
- Bachelor's degree preferred in advertising, marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Fashion BU and report to the Group Creative Director
- Serve as the central creative authority for your client portfolio
- Drive creative excellence and ensure seamless day-to-day collaboration
- Maintain the creative vision across all workstreams and align creative output with client and business goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to mid and senior-level creative teams (writers, art directors, designers, production, content & engagement)
- Set the creative direction for communications, ensuring bold interpretation of brand guidelines, industry regulations, and social trends
- Collaborate with Strategy and Account Management teams to understand client brand strategies, target audiences, and marketing objectives
- Conduct performance evaluations, mentor staff, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment
- Uphold uncompromising standards of creative excellence with high attention to detail and deliver error-free creative materials within agreed timelines
- Lead in pitch processes, shaping narratives, developing impactful creative concepts, and delivering winning work within timelines
- Partner with the Pod Lead to align creative strategy with client objectives, insights, and cross-disciplinary needs
- Maintain tight communication with the Group Creative Director to ensure consistency with agency-wide creative standards
- Represent the creative discipline within Pod rituals (intakes, reviews, weekly syncs, planning cycles)
