- Google Ads expertise
- Conversion rate optimization skills
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)

- Experience with Zapier or Pabbly
Responsibilities
- Own Google Ads at scale
- Manage and optimize Search, PMax, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Scale budgets efficiently without compromising CAC
- Drive structured experimentation across bidding, audience, and creative
- Implement robust conversion tracking and attribution models
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization
- Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests across landing pages and funnel stages
- Identify and eliminate conversion bottlenecks
- Improve CVR from click → lead → qualified pipeline
- Strengthen Marketing Operations
- Work closely with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking (GA4, GTM)
- Manage integrations using tools like Zapier or Pabbly
- Ensure clean data flow between ads, analytics, and CRM
- Drive Decisions Through Data
- Analyze funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and payback periods
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Prioritize experiments based on impact and statistical validity
- Craft High-Performance Messaging
- Write compelling search and display ad copy
- Collaborate on landing page messaging that converts
