Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business administration, operations, or a related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong Cantonese is a must to work with local stakeholders in Hong Kong.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills to handle data.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in using fulfillment and inventory management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end rewards fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of rewards to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and redemption centers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of rewards.
  • Track and update inventory levels, flagging low stock and supporting the Procurement team to maintain adequate supply.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address inquiries and resolve escalations related to reward fulfillment within SLAs.
  • Maintain fulfillment performance data and assist in generating reports to provide operational insights.
  • Assist in identifying areas for optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure fulfillment processes align with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Work with teams such as procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide support for weekly team updates, KPI tracking, and resolving blockers as needed.
