Requirements

2+ years of related sales experience
Experience preferably within professional services or the financial services industry
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Excellent general management, analysis, and negotiation skills
Track record of driving cross-customer relationships
High energy and passion for the job
Strong focus on delivery of a customer experience that consistently exceeds the customer's expectations

Responsibilities

Support the sales strategy for loan agency and its implementation within their respective territory or business vertical
Successfully drive value-based sales and business development strategy & execution
Assist in setting sales goals and budgets for the Loan Agency BD team
Support the creation of a team environment within the BD team and relationship management team
Responsibility of cross-selling other SRSA products when out in the marketplace
Develop deep relationships with new clients, partners, and influencers while deepening current relationships
Optimize pricing to maximize revenue in line with business and profitability objectives
Work with Marketing to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback and insight to relevant directors
Travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and to develop key relationships
