- Ability to understand and document system requirements for real time & Async integration data flows
Responsibilities
- Support the Payments area
- Define digital strategy and execution roadmap for clients
- Design and implement differentiated digital solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to MQueue, Kafka, and APIs
- Analyze and interpret data for accuracy and efficiencies
- Determine system requirements and communicate them through documentation
- Identify issues that affect system processes and assist in correcting them
- Produce advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing
- Provide expert technical support including log analysis for systems
- Implement recommended modifications and enhancements to systems
- Serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units
- Understand and document system requirements for real time & Async integration data flows
