Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or backend system management
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, server environments, and deployment workflows
- Proven ability to maintain high-availability systems and scalable architectures
- Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (logs, metrics, uptime monitoring)
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker or similar)
- Understanding of system performance, scaling strategies, and fault tolerance
- Experience supporting automation platforms and high-frequency workflows
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to system reliability
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure independently
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain self-hosted automation environments (e.g., n8n instances or similar systems)
- Design and manage infrastructure to support high-volume workflows and large-scale data processing
- Scale automation systems to handle concurrent workloads and performance-intensive tasks
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to track workflow performance and detect failures
- Implement alerts for critical events (e.g., node failures, performance drops, system instability)
- Ensure system uptime, reliability, and fault tolerance across automation pipelines
