Requirements
- At least 3 years experience using Shopify
- At least 3 years experience using Merchant processing platform
- Has worked at a payment processor before
- Has worked in applying and doing paperwork for Merchant Accounts
- Proficient using Airtable
- Basic knowledge of Airtable
- Basic understanding of merchant processing applications and terminology
- Experience with Document management systems (Dropbox/Box)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Organize merchant documents (bank statements, IDs, etc.) in Dropbox or Box folders
- Collect information
- Fill out and manage merchant account applications including entity information, website details, business descriptors, and average ticket prices
- Update and maintain records in Airtable
- Admin work and communicate and coordinate with clients and vendors (Back and forth with clients)
- Light inbound phone calls only as needed
