Responsibilities
- Handle product uploads, updates, and general store maintenance on Shopify
- Ensure all Shopify listings are accurate and optimized
- Manage customer subscriptions, troubleshoot recurring billing issues, and handle swaps or cancellations within the Skio platform
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are moving through the fulfillment pipeline efficiently
- Address inquiries related to orders, shipping, and subscription modifications with a high level of professionalism
- Maintain accurate stock levels and alert the team when inventory for key products is running low
