- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Experience building web components with Typescript
- Experience building web components with React
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners
- Continuously learn and share knowledge
- Mentor developers through pair programming and feedback
- Prior experience building and maintaining Design Systems (bonus)
- Prior experience working across web and mobile platforms (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, testing and debugging of new and existing composable design system components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders to get a deep understanding of product requirements and align technical decisions with project goals and user requirements.
- Lead discussions to ensure that technical requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Proactively identify potential technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
- Set an example in code reviews by evaluating code quality, architectural alignment, performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide feedback, explain reasoning, and help team members understand and improve their code.
